Emma is a highly accomplished HR professional with over 25 years HR experience in the technology, defence, and construction sectors. As a Barefoot Trained Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), she brings a unique blend of expertise in HR, coaching, psychology, and employment law.  As well as having achieved the CIPD’s Certificate in Training Practice, Emma is also a trained facilitator. 

Emma’s experience in HR is varied and ranges from operational to strategic across all elements of HR.  She has operated at all levels in HR including Head of HR Operations and HR Director combining a focus on providing excellent customer delivery and strategic vision to implementing appropriate people strategies aligned to business objectives.
